So many Avengers 3 rumors, so little time!

Marvel Studios might be splitting Avengers 3 into two parts! We don’t know if it will be a single story split across two movies or if one part would bring the Avengers into a much larger world with the Guardians of the Galaxy or even Spider-Man, but it will certainly be a fascinating take on the beloved Marvel super team. Some of the most popular Avengers might be benched for Avengers 3 so they can play in a follow-up of epic proportions. Take all of this with a grain of salt, but do be prepared for an exciting line-up for Phase Three of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

J.K. Rowling near completion on Fantastic Beasts screenplay!


Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling sparked some Twitter excitement with a series of tweets thought to be about the screenplay for Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them: ”Very busy at the moment working on a novel, tweaking a screenplay and being involved in @lumos campaigns. Back when I’ve finished something!” We cannot wait to see what she’s been working on:

Salt Lake Comic Con Alumni William Shatner confirms role in Star Trek 3!

For the past few weeks there have been whispers, an unconvincing denial, and then some soft confirmation that Shatner’s cameo in Star Trek 3 was coming together after being left out of the first two films in J.J. Abrams‘ Bad Robot franchise reboot. Per Devin Faraci at Badass Digest, Shatner will share the screen with Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto and Leonard Nimoy, which should make for an interesting convergence of old and new:
