About Jurassic World: Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park (1993), Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor’s interest, which backfires horribly. (Rated PG-13)

I work for the company that owns valley fair mall. I have never seen a movie in that megaplex! I am also a huge Jurassic park fan. Pick me

    Clever Girl!

  2. Scott Niederhauser says:

Jurassic Park is everything to a 90s kid and parent! This screening should be exclusive for those with nostalgia! But, of course, everyone knows that John Williams score brings nostalgia to all. Can’t wait for the film and Comic Con 3 in the fall!

  8. Mark Minson says:

The greatest event of my generation was Jurrasic Park. We learned to love the creatures and hate the idiotic humans that think they are smarter than genetics. The concept of just because we CAN do something, doesn’t mean we SHOULD, came to full life in this movie. And again, all of man’s plans come to naught when we play God with things we do not fully understand.

Love the concept! Can’t wait to see the movie. Just because I CAN win tickets to the screening doesn’t necessarily mean I SHOULD, but it doesn’t mean I shouldn’t either.

  9. Karen Chidester says:

  52. Dustin Orgill says:

Why should I win tickets to Jurassic World? Well, a few reasons really:

1 – I was there in person for the first day showing of the original Jurassic Park, first day, (the first theatre movie with DTS by the way) and it was the old school film projector. Sticky floors, ghetto seats, uphill, both ways, in the snow.

2 – I want to see Chris Pratt/Dinos Motorcycle Gang (Isla Nubar’s Angels) before anyone else.

3 – Because Jurassic Park 2 sucked so bad, I deserve something free 🙂

Lost World was awful and all the JP other films since have been pretty weak, but I’ve got high hopes for this one. So please hook me up with tickets for the advance screening!

  62. Melissa alvarez says:

Im a huge chris Pratt fan since the Lego movie. I would love to catch the star lord in action before any of my friends, dance battling killer dinos. Yaa! And come on — The raptors are somewhat trainable!! Who doesn’t want to see Chris Pratt ride out with his raptor posse?

    Thanks!

I’ve always been a big fan of Jurassic Park. I remember being in grade school when the first movie came out. I always loved dinosaurs and this movie made them look so real. My mom was pretty ultra protective and was worried hat I couldn’t handle the movie so she said I had to read the book first. I read it within a week just so I could see the movie. The funny thing was that the book was way more terrifying than the movie. Anyway, I still remember going to the local theater to see it and getting a souvenir popcorn bucket. It was awesome. I’ve been a big fan ever since. I would love to see the new one.

  68. Janet says:

We saw the first “Jurassic Park” on our Anniversary, June 10th,1993, it was a before anyone else saw it and this was before special screenings,

Why should any man be denied the privilege and opportunity to see one with such skill and commitment as Chris Pratt train Velociraptors and run from badass Dinosaurs? I can think of no such reason. Therefore, I should receive the tickets.

  75. Amy says:

I am currently trying to overcome my childhood fear of Dinosaurs, and I think seeing Jurassic World with some cool people will definitely help me start to overcome this fear. 🙂

Jurassic Park was (actually still is) one of my all time favorite movies as a child and one of the few movies my siblings and I agreed on. I became obsessed with dinosaurs when I was little because of this movie. I’m more excited for this movie than Star Wars! So these are reasons I should win and possibly take my sister with me. Thank you!

  80. Anastasia Hansen says:

You may be asking why I should be the one to get the Jurassic World tickets well being a huge SiFi geek and pretty much try to see any big or good action sifi movie in theaters. I love to go and see action packed movies in theaters because that is the best way to see them. I consider this to be one of the big films of the year along with Star Wars, Ant-Man, The Avengers and the last hunger games along with many more. I would love to see it to tell my own dinosaur creature, my bearded dragon toothless, that he isn’t the scariest monster out there. Can’t Wait For COMI CON SLC 2015!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only 4 more months

  81. Jackie Steinacker says:

Why can’t you hear a pterodactyl go to the bathroom?

I also have loved the story of Jurassic park and its Universe since the first one came out. When I was young I would watch the movie 2-3 times a day. So yes please I think I should receive those tickets.

  83. Alexis Cornia says:

My best friend is obsessed with Jurassic Park and has been since she was five. She grew up with the theme song memorized and would hum it in her sleep!!! Since the new trailer was released that’s all she can talk about. She has the release down to the minute! Plus, she can name every single dinosaur, all of their specs and what time period they are from. It would mean the world to her if I surprised her with pre-screening tickets. Hope I’m in the running!!!

  84. Lisa Gibson says:

I LOVE the movies. I had a ton of fun in Jr. High when I got to be in a special district band here in the state and we played the theme song. And it would be great to have a date with my husband 😀

My friend and I have grown up watching Jurassic Park. He just graduated and I think this would be a great graduation gift to him to be able to see a prescreening of a movie we’ve been dying to see.

  87. Neeko says:

Because I’d like to take my girlfriend to the grand opening of the park. She deserves it; she’s a clever girl…

  88. Jeff Parrish says:

As someone who experienced the Jurassic Park the 1st go around, I’d like to take my son to experience it this 2nd go around. We saw Guardians together and really enjoyed Chris Pratt’s performance. We are hoping lightening will strike twice for him. More than anything else, it would be a chance to bond.

  89. Valeria Parra says:

There’s plenty of reasons why you should pick me to have the tickets, but it mainly comes down to two. I LOVE Chris Pratt and Nick Robinson. They are really good looking as well. I’ve been to your Comic Con more than once and it has been an intriguing experience and I was completely fascinated. I’ve also see all the Jurassic Park movies which just makes sense to finish watching the rest of the series. Thank you for your time and consideration. Have a lovely day.

  90. Michael Franke says:

Because I’m not the winner… This contest needs… I’m the one it deserves.

  91. Junior says:

I believe I should win tickets because since I was a boy I always wanted my own dinosaur. And what better way to have my own than learn how to create one from the great scientist in this movie. If I’m successful and it behaves itself I’ll even bring it to SaltLakeComicCon.

  94. Davis says:

I’ve always had an ambition to create my own genetically-engineered creature theme park, and having the chance to watch the technical difficulties and design flaws apparent in Jurassic World’s own design as soon as possible would prove a vital and value part of my design process.

  95. Mary Newlan says:

I should win tickets because my son says I am as old as the dinosaurs and I want to see if they have held up as well as I have.

  96. Jessica says:

As a paleontological practitioner, I have no bones to pick regarding this process of natural selection.

  101. Briana Rudy says:

**Jurassic world!!!** now that I have your attention. I know I will win tickets! My husband saw it in theaters when he was young, but I was actually born the same year Jurassic Park came out 21 years ago. Crazy!!! We saw Jurassic park 3D couple years ago and that was quite the experience!! Would love to see Jurassic World!! And ‘mm Chris Pratt 🙂

  102. Troy Tylka says:

I should be given the opportunity to see the prescreening of Jurassic World, because the galactic collision of our Milky Way galaxy, with that of the Andromeda galaxy is coming. After that interstellar ELE I don’t think even inGen will be able to bring us back.

  103. Brittanie Pyper says:

I NEED to win tickets to send my husband on a man date with his best friend. You see, my husband’s best friends wife and myself have been holding our husbands hostage and making them change dirty diapers for the last 9 months. It’s only fair we release them from their duty (literally) and allow them to see some Gigantic dinosaurs tear into some flesh. Don’t you agree? Also my husband is a HUGE Jurassic World fanatic, he already owns all the Jurassic World LEGO sets. 🙂

  104. Ross Beck says:

Why do I think I should win tickets to Jurassic World? Jurassic Park was the first movie I remember seeing in the theater when I was a child. I loved it and it became my favorite movie ever. To this day it is still one of my favorite movies of all time. The original Jurassic Park inspired me to build my own dinosaur dig site in my yard…That’s right, I would lay rocks in the shape of dinosaur skeletons, have my older brothers bury them in dirt, then I would go outside and dig them up. You could say the movie inspired a love for dinosaurs and paleontology. I then went on to work at the North American Museum of Ancient life when it opened (one of the biggest dinosaur museums in the world). All because of what Jurassic Park started. So yes, I think I am a big enough fan of the Jurassic movies to win tickets to a screening of Jurassic World.

Oh, did I also mention that if I win I will come to the screening dressed as Dennis Nedry? Because that will totally happen.

  105. Scott Johnson says:

This would be epic to win! It would be the greatest birthday gift and day! My older brother used to take me to these movies and I loved it! I would watch these non stop and if ever I was up late and sick he would sneak me a bowl of icecream and play some Jurassic Park! I already plan on seeing this movie sometime in June for my birthday! But it would be awesome to win this expierance and take my older brother for this as well! My Older Brother and my Birthday are the reason I should win these passes!

  106. Pauline M says:

I really need those tickets! I’m old enough to remember going to the first movie!

  107. Daniel Furse says:

My wife and I would love to go to the advanced screening of Jurassic World as a fun date night! We totally deserve to go because we have velociraptors for children and keep them from tearing things apart most of the time!

  108. Jes H says:

I think I need to win these tickets because my husband won’t stop talking about this movie. I think he would literally crap his pants out of sheer joy and I would win the wife of the century award. 🙂 And he works so hard and I’d love to see his face if we got tickets. 🙂

I have a friend who loves Jurassic Park to the point that when he first saw it he started researching and working on ways to become a Paleontologist. He now is not one but works many jobs to supply for his family. He recently was laid off of one job who had previously cut his pay in half with no notice and hours have been cut for his other job. I would like to either take him or get the tickets for him and his fiance so he can see the next chapter of a series he loves so dearly.

I absolutely adored going to Thanksgiving Point or any other Museum to go and look at the dinosaurs fossils. I was positive I would become a Paleontologist or own a museum or work at a real life version of Jurassic Park. That movie was my dream, I would gladly take death by velociraptor over anything just to get a chance to see one. Dinosaurs were love dinosaurs were life. As I aged I sorta grew out of dinosaurs, but my administration for Jurassic Park continued as I read the book and re-watched the movie. Seeing this movie will help my dream come true, if only in my mind.

I absolutely love Jurassic Park! I first fell in love with the series when our 6th grade teacher switched out our designated reading book for the semester to Jurassic Park [this was before it was a movie] – parent permission was required, and luckily mine consented. This was my first introduction to a ‘school reading project’ that I enjoyed. When the movie came out [way before assigned seating], I stood in line with my family for 2 hours to get in to see it. Such great memories! I have enjoyed this franchise so much, I love what Michael Crichton created, it was fantastic to see his series brought to life, and I am THRILLED to see Jurassic World! So I would ADORE it if I was selected to go to the Jurassic World movie screening.

I saw the original Jurassic Park when I was in Junior High. It was the most amazing thing I had ever seen at the time. 214. Ty says:

I need to win these tickets, because I’m half dinosaur!!! Would you deprive a fellow brethren of the opportunity to see his half brothers in action. I became half dinosaur after I saw Jurassic Park 3, which is obviously the best Jurassic Park movie, and ever since then things have been going smoothly, but it would be a lot smoother if I won these tickets?

  215. Mary C says:

When the Jurassic Park first came out, I was barely old enough to see it (I had just turned 13). The trailers scared me so much that I was hesitant to go, but my grandmother and brother convinced me, and I LOVED it!!! When The Lost World came out, guess who was the ONLY one who wanted to see it? ME!!! I have read the books, and own every movie! For a long time, I had a cardboard velociraptor in my room that my brother brought home for me when he was working at Hollywood video, and still have a Lost World watch from Burger King and a rubber T-Rex puppet head that I rest on top of the books on my shelf (it looks like it’s coming out of the top of the pages)! Long story short, the giddy 13-year-old in me would LOVE to win tickets to see Jurassic World!!!

  216. Elicea webber says:

I want these because I think this might be a pretty awesome third date with the cute boy I dig!

  217. Kelli says:

Winning would be great because then my friend can see her dino babies while I scream and hide from them.

  218. Vickie says:

why not me? I deserve it as much as anyone else. Plus, my friend thinks I haven’t seen a movie in the theater in 2 years! Not true. the last one I saw was Maleficent. But it would be nice to see a big summer flick in the theater! I can’t wait!

  219. Miquelle says:

I work with the coolest little kid in the world! He has autism and is in foster care, and he LOVES dinosaurs! He taught me the names of several dozen dinosaurs and is the reason I’m excited to see Jurassic World. I would love to take him!

  220. Chris says:

I took my wife and baby daughter to Jurassic Park opening weekend. My wife saw it the day before without me. While watching, our baby was on my wife’s lap and we were holding each other’s arm. When the velociraptor screamed and poked it’s head through the power conduits in the bunker I flinched my arm, my wife screamed and jumped and our daughter screamed. It is a great memory!
I’d love to make another great memory like that!

  221. Sierra Lake says:

My dad and I have seen all of the Jurassic parks but sadly he passed away. This will be the first one I’ll see without him. I hope to take my mom to this because she’s never seen one before. Mother daughter bonding day instead of father daughter bonding day.

  222. Lisa says:

Because I have loved Jurassic Park from the moment I saw it as a little kid, even though it just about scared me to death back then. Oh I remember back when it came out on VHS my little brother and I spent an entire day watching it just so we wouldn’t be scared anymore. Of all the movies I have watched over the years that one will always hold a special place in my heart.

  223. Debbie says:

I was there when the first one opened watched at Cinedome in Riverdale ! Me and my brothers were one of the first in line!! Still have the ticket somewhere!! I think it would be so cool to be able to take my brothers and now their wives to see this one!! Cant wait for it to open!! It looks so awesome!!

  224. Alex Jones says:

I was in 6th grade when the first Jurassic Park movie came out and I was instantly hooked. I bought the book and read it so many times that the spine broke and pages were falling out, making me buy a new one. I went door to door asking if there was anything I could do to earn money, which I then used to buy the collector cards, the comic books, posters, stickers, the soundtrack (on cassette), tee-shirts, toys, and other paraphernalia. I had a Jurassic Park bed set of which the blanket just recently fell apart and I had to get rid of it, but I still own all the comic books, the card sets (the original set, the original set in the gold series, though I’m missing three of the cards, and the second set, the holograph cards, and all that fun stuff). I also have magazines from that time and the making of Jurassic Park book. For taking off and walking almost five miles alone and without telling anyone to the one Smiths in St.George that had the Jurassic Park pinball machine so I could play it, I was grounded for two weeks–but it was totally worth it. I also did a couple school book reports on Jurassic Park, one in 7th grade and one in 9th. I’m in my 30s now, but that love hasn’t been lost. The cassette version of the sound track from the original movie gave way to CD and now just recently to vinyl as that has just been released a couple months ago. I’m sure the Jurassic Park Lego game will make it’s way into my living room along with any other games that come from the movie. I’m highly excited to see this new movie. I have so many good memories associated with Jurassic Park as a whole. There’s a lot of nostalgia. I would love to attend the advanced screening. I think that would be something special.

  225. A. Dwyer says:

I’ve seen every Jurassic Park in theaters since the first one came out when I was 5 years old & have been a fan ever since. I Grew up mimicking all the dinosaur sounds with my siblings as we played. So last year, when I lived in Hawaii, I was absolutely THRILLED to be an extra on the set of Jurassic World. I’m so excited to look for myself in the movie! I Was in the zoo, on the tram, & a couple other parts I’m not allowed to mention before the movie comes out…. I can’t wait to see if my scenes made it into the final cut!

  226. Athena says:

My childhood! *laughs* So many of us are showing our age here. After the disappointment of the third movie, I’m really looking forward to Jurassic World, and it’s return to the questions and themes presented by the first book/movie. I can’t wait to see it!

  227. A. Dwyer says:

I’ve seen every Jurassic Park in theaters since the first one came out when I was 5 years old & have been a fan ever since. I Grew up mimicking all the dinosaur sounds with my siblings as we played, pretending to be velociraptors, a T-Rex or “chicken dinosaurs.” So last year, when I lived in Hawaii, I was absolutely THRILLED to be an extra on the set of Jurassic World. I’m so excited to look for myself in the movie! I Was in the zoo, on the tram, & a couple other parts I’m not allowed to mention before the movie comes out…. I can’t wait to see if my scenes made it into the final cut!

  228. Carol Munro says:

OMG, OMG, OMG, OMG!!! Love, LOVE, LOVE Jurassic Park!! The movie, the book, the sequels, the ride. Every line by heart! Revolutionary in imagination and movie magic. My husband shares my love (though he hates the drop on the ride, haha). We took our kids the original in theaters last year. All of us loved it, but SO nostalgic for me and hubby. Can’t wait to see Jurassic World!! Not to mention Chris Pratt. It’s going to be an event!

  229. Jason Harris says:

The last Jurassic park was the last real date night me and the wife have had without the kids. Would like to rekindle with some scary dinosaurs to set the mood. Cheers!

  230. SHELLY says:

I could think of no better way to see a movie that brings dinosaurs to real life in a great theatre that would make you feel like you were there in the movie in person!

  231. Grey Bonez says:

When I was a little boy, I always wanted to be a dinosaur. I wanted to be a Tyrannosaurus Rex more than anything in the world. I made my arms shorts, and I roamed the neighborhood yards and I chased the cats, and I growled and ROARED and everybody knew me and was afraid of me. And then one day my dad said, “Bobby, you’re 17, its time to throw childish things aside,” and I said, “Ok Pop.” But he didn’t really say that, he said, “Quit being a fucking dinosaur and get a job.” But you know, I thought to myself, “I’ll go to medical school, I’ll practice for a little while, and then I’ll come back to it.” But you know? I forgot how to do it. Don’t lose your dinosaur.

  232. Christopher Bradbury says:

I would love to go as I’m a geologist now in part because of the first film, which I saw as a young child in theaters, and loved. I’ll never forget the raptor jumping out of the dark in the bunker. I jumped out of my seat! I’ve been waiting 22 years for this movie, let’s see it!

  233. Afton Peterson says:

To be honest I don’t have a reason why I should win over other people. All I know is I would like to win because it would make a great night away. 🙂

  234. Melisss says:

My favorite dinosaur when I was a kid was the Brontosaurus. I was upset when my majestic sauropod was debunked, but I stood by her. Kept her in my heart. She was recently reinstated and my broken heart is finally healed! Though my Dino friend has yet to make an appearance in the JP franchise, I will continue to be a loyal fan. My heart will flutter when the T-rex bellows, I will sit at the edge of my seat and hold my breath when the raptors hunt, and I will weep like a fan girl when the new dinosaur steps into full screen for the first time.

  235. Bonnie says:

I’ve been a huge fan of Jurassic Park since the original book came out! I’ve seen all the movies and read all the books, and even been on the rides!

I can’t wait for the new movie to come out. It looks totally awesome! Bigger and badder dinos, and the Pterodactyl scene I’ve been waiting for since the first movie. And I love that it is staring my latest favorite actor – Chris Pratt, and Vincent D’Onofrio, who I have loved for years!

  236. Amanda says:

I got locked in the school bathroom when I was ten and the janitor had to come get me twenty minutes later. I feel like tickets to Jurassic World would (somehow) free me of this jarring experience.

  237. Gannon Johnson says:

I want to see the new Jurassic World movie so bad. I remember as a child my dad put a TV on the window ledge, facing the backyard, and we watched the first Jurassic Park while laying down on the trampoline. Ever since then I’ve loved these movies. Now that my favorite actor is in the movie, and it’s a revamped version of my all time favorite movie…. it’s only right that I get the tickets to tale me and my dad to see this movie. You know, pay him back for the amazing childhood experience he gave me.

  238. David Hales says:

I have been a huge Jurassic park fan since the original. I own vhs and DVD copies of all three movies. I have been pumped for this movie ever since it first was rumored.
    Please pick me.

  239. Trax Decker says:

My wife is a Geogolgist Science Teacher teaching 9th Grade Earth Science. She loves Dinosaurs and it’s also her birthday this month!
She could use a break from teenagers in middle school and start off this summer with something Amazing!
Please allow me the awesome opportunity to give her an advanced screening of her favorite films and make me the best Husband Ever!!!

    I would greatly appreciate it!

We already have VIP Comic Con tickets btw! 😉
    So Excited!

  240. Hillary White says:

I absolutely love the original Jurrasic Park movies and have seen the movies more times than I could count. When I lived in Hawaii I made sure to see all the locations they filmed at that I could hike to. I’ve been excited about this movie since I heard about it and my excitement only increased when I saw Chris Pratt was starring. He’s an amazing actor and I absolutely love everything he’s in! It would be so great to be able to see the movie first and be able to surprise the guy I just started dating with the tickets!

  241. Kiana says:

My boyfriend is a crazy huge fan of Jurassic park ever since he was a little kid. He is a grown man, but completely freaked out when we saw Jurassic Legos and toy cars at Walmart. I’m pretty sure he is also one of those kids that dug in their backyard, hoping to find T-Rex bones back there. Dr. Alan Grant is still his idol and will be dressing up as him for Salk Lake Comic Con as well. He’s a giant five year old, and I think getting these tickets would make him really happy. I hope you pick me!

  242. Kelly Gentle says:

I would love to win so I can watch the Dark Lord have a Dance off with the T-Rex! Our youngest hasn’t seen the first Jurassic Park, this would be a great family movie night!!!

  243. Alicen Lebegue says:

I would love to get to see this before it comes out. I wont get a chance to see it until July because im leaving to go on vacation for two weeks the day it comes out in theaters. These movies are one of favorite very movie franchises ever!!

  244. Kaylee Simons says:

Ok guys, “Hold onto your butts”… I would love to win these tickets for me and my fiancé because he loves Jurassic Park! We are actually having a Jurassic Park marathon this week and hes been so excited! I know he would be stoked if we could go to this!! Plus…. Lets be honest… Chris Pratt is just sexy, thats the real reason we want to go(; Just kidding! It would be awesome if we could go though!! “We spared no expense” in this post! Thanks guys!

  245. Nathan Chadwick says:

I would be honored to be chosen so that me and my wife can have a nice evening together before she and my kids head out of town and make me a bachelor for several weeks. Is it as cool as what a lot of posts here say? No. But I’m not making it up either 🙂

  246. Brooke says:

I know this may be a selfish reason, but I won tickets to the ballet last month but I was in the hospital, so I gave the tickets to my parents. It would be nice to get out of the house and do something. but give them to someone else if they deserve it!

  247. Kristine says:

I’d love to go see this show! My dad is so excited about it, I’d love to treat him to an early Father’s Day… plus enjoy some dino fun for me too!

  248. Michael Ciraulo says:

I’d love to get a hold of a pair of these tickets, I’ve loved the series since they first started but the real reason is because a friend of mine loves dinosars especially raptors (so much in fact that he has his own raptor character he’s made up and drawn) also he won’t shut up about this movie always chatting my ear off with how awesome the previous movies were and how stoked he is to watch the new one. I think a pair of free tickets to an earlier showing would shut him up and save my ears lol

  249. Jordan Reyling says:

The original Jurassic park movie is one of my favorite movies of all time and I can’t wait to see this new one

  250. Carrie S says:

    Yes, yes… chickens are dino-decendants!

  251. Finn Werner says:

I should win because I love Jurassic Park, and anything with Chris Pratt in it. I mean, come on. It’s basically starlord with an army of raptors. Now if you will excuse me I have to clean up, because I just nerded everywhere.

  252. Riley Slik says:

I want these two tickets for my mom she wanted to see the movie on the day it came out but because of me my mom won’t be able to go and i like to get her these as my way of saying sorry

  253. Emilee says:

I’ve loved Jurassic Park ever since I was a child. I remember visiting my grandparents and popping in the VHS copy of Jurassic Park into the VCR and chilling out in the living room with them. The raptor scene still scares the crap out of me to this day.

  254. Kayla Dyorich says:

A teeny tiny me saved up three months of allowance, loose change, and lucky pennies off the street to buy a Jurassic Park Tyrannosaurus Rex toy. My mom was pretty confused as to why her little girl wanted a boy toy, and not a Barbie, but I would not be swayed! It took the cashier 20 minutes to sort through every nickel and dime. If I win tickets, I’ll bring my Tyrannosaurus Rex, who still holds his place of honor on my bookshelf nearly 2 decades later. And someone else, I guess, but Rexie gets the seat 😉

  255. Kyle says:

I want to see it because im a huge fan, i watch the first jurassic park all the time when i was little kid, i have dinosaur toys i always play with them when i watch the show, to be honest i still the have the toys too lol.

  256. Brandy says:

I should win tickets to Jurassic World because I have to watch the other three movies over and over, because my 9 year old son is completely obsessed with the movies!! He has been counting down the days until Jurassic World comes out, and I already promised to take him to it when it opens, because although his Birthday was last week Jurassic World was the Birthday movie he chose, and it would be a dream come true for him to watch it early!!

  257. Ana says:

Chris Pratt shouldn’t be the only eye candy present at the screening 😉 Plus, I can do a spot on raptor impersonation, I use it all the time when I go to drive throughs. Surely a fan devoted enough to risk the occasional incredulous stares from strangers is deserving of movie tickets.

  258. Ross Donahoo says:

Me and my friend Sophie love Jurrasic park and now World and also Sophie’s favorite actor ever is Chris Pratt, our dilemma is that she’s going to be gone for the midnight premiere and she won’t be able to go!!!): but with these tickets we’d be able to go!! They would be so greatly appreciated!! Please please please bless us with these tickets they’d be put to great use!!

  259. Robert Macfarlane says:

I think I deserve to give my wife and I a break from our stressful lives. Our son had his 3rd heart surgery in December and we had a new Baby just before that. I have been moved around a lot at my job so we have not been able to settle down. It would be nice to have a night to forget all or our worries and enjoy an awesome movie that we both remember watching as kids.

    Thank you

While all the other little girls were reading about princesses, I was reading books about dinosaurs. I wore a dinosaur costume for Halloween in the 3rd grade and made an Iguanodon diorama for a science fair project. Also, for a science credit in college, I took a class about dinosaurs. So yeah, I guess you could say that I like dinosaurs and Jurassic Park!

  264. Katie Reed says:

My hubby and I desperately need a date night. We have three boys under 5 years old, and it would be awesome to go see this together. Each of us has a very special memory of watching the original Jurassic Park way back when, and we are both forever humming the theme tune. I would LOVE to surprise him with tickets.

  274. Sonja says:

I am going to be selling personalized capes at Comic Con and I think I should find out if dinosaur capes are something that I should make. A dinosaur with a person’s initial on top? What do you think? I think that I need to see this movie first before I pursue this adventure. I need to find out what dinosaurs really looked like in the past and what they look like now.

  275. Alexander Haro says:

This would be a bonding experience for me and my son. We enjoy comic con every year, planning our costumes, and this would be an amazing father son date because I too like my son watched it when I was 7. Thank you!

  280. Lara Gallacher says:

I grew up watching and loving these shows!! They were and remain the classic standard of dinosaur films and I am so glad they’ve continuing to be exciting for current and upcoming generations. I would be super excited to win these tickets for myself and a good friend because I have the amazing opportunity to go to Kenya June 10th-25th with a group of amazing high school and college kids. We have spent the year collecting items, fundraising, and preparing to build structures and work with a community who is excited to have us come work alongside them. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to see the movie until I get back because we leave first thing the morning of the 10th. I’m making a special trip from great falls Montana to watch this movie with my uncle. He is a huge nerd along with myself, and due to health reasons he can no longer attend the comic con festivities. He attended the first con and loved it! After hearing about his experience I haven’t missed a single con or fanx in SLC. I know the dinner is something he would really enjoy and the movie is gonna be incredible regardless of when we see it. Thank you for the opportunity to enter, and these (myself, and my uncle Chris) are the droids you are looking for.

  313. Kristy Lo says:

I remember watching Jurassic Park as a little girl. Such a classic movie. Would love to take my sister to watch this if I won :). There’s never enough sister bonding time for the two fellow nerds of the family! What an awesome opportunity to have!

I haven’t been to the movies to see a new release with my husband since Alice in Wonderland. It just isn’t in our budget. We both love dinosaurs and Chris Pratt and are super excited to see this.

  315. Troy Barrett says:

Starlord vs genetically modified dinosaurs? Sign me up! Oh, it’s not StarLord? Well it should be.

To have Dinner with Dan and Bryan would be an Awesome Experience. For them to have done what they did with SLCC is an inspiration. It would be a Privilege to have Dinner with them!

  321. Garrison Nuttall says:

I should win these tickets because if I don’t, I guarantee I’ll end up spending two hours rewatching the trailers between June 9 and 11, when I see it opening night.

  322. CarlyW says:

My sister-in-law is getting married the next day…it’d be fun to take her the night before! Geeks bachelorette party riiiiight.

Choose me please!

    Erin

  331. Dorothy Horan says:

I think I deserve to go because I made one of the best Comic-Con/Jurassic Park Meme’s in all that is 21 likes.

  334. Christian Draper says:

Can’t wait for this movie. Super excited to see the ultimate designer dinosaur.

  335. Becky B says:

I will tell you a sad story. I waited in line for several hours to see opening night of the original Jurassic Park. I was finally able to get tickets, but when I got in the theater a bunch of people were blocking off rows of seats with their lawn chairs, saving them for friends (this was back in the cave man days before reserved seating – I know, hard to believe) . So my friend and I ended up sitting in the back corner; not a good seat at all. Still, the movie was amazing! I think my favorite part was the water rippling, and you heard dinosaur feet in the distance. Talk about impact! (pun!) Now I’m older, and would be a little grey if I didn’t dye my hair, but I’d still very much enjoy free tickets. Thank you.

  336. A. L. Green says:

Why would I win? Not because of the movie so much — but who doesn’t love Jurassic Park? — but because I’m a Westminster student who will be putting on a small academic conference on comics at the college next year, and there’s a lot I could learn from the men behind Salt Lake’s Comic Con.

  339. Robin Johnson says:

My son has been obsessed with this franchise ever seen we sat down and watched the first one together. Now he is a teenager acting like that little boy, so eager to see Jurassic World. It would be a great way to be able to spend time with my son. Thanks for all you do promoting great things like this.

  340. Nathaniel Castro says:

This would be a HUGE dream come true to me! Jurassic Park was the movie that inspired me to want to work in the Film Industry. I hope that soon I will be able to move out to California and pursue that goal even more. Going to this would influence me to want to make that happen even more than how much I want to be apart of such a great business!

  341. Fergie says:

Pick me because my son and I just graduated together this spring, and we deserve it!. I’ve been too poor and too busy going to school (Bachelor’s in Graphic Design) to take him up to Comic Con (yet). I want to go to Jurassic park with you and s̶c̶h̶m̶o̶o̶z̶e̶ impress you so much that I have to move to Salt Lake from St. George and come to work for you!!

  342. David Hill says:

I have been waiting about 65 million years for this! I need to see this movie like yesterday, please pick me! Plus my wife really wants to Learn how to train a pet raptor. She heard it’s good practice for real kids or something.

  343. Julia Peterson says:

Me and my cousin grew up together with dinosaurs. Land Before Time made us cry and Jurassic Park made us thrilled. With his stego teddy and my encyclopedia hours of reading about then creating our own dinos ensued. We playfully named his little sister ¨sassycephalosaurus¨, but she didn’t feel so playful about it and tried to chase us down. We’d argue over what dino was the best and duke it out with little plastic figurines. Pretty much to this day I still think dinosaurs are some of the coolest things ever and there isn’t anything you could do to convince me otherwise.

  344. Melissa Moyer says:

I’ve been a fan of The whole Jurassic park series, I feel that I should win because in my hectic week of being a student seeing this movie would make my summer.

  345. William T. Pace says:

I like watching Jurassic Park, because it demonstrates the only thing mosquitos are good for. Sucking dinosaur blood and then getting trapped in amber for taking blood they didn’t ask for and then being harvested for that blood to make cool dinosaurs that feast on Human blood…wait. See? Mosquitos get our blood even when they’ve been dead for millions of years and they do it via dinosaurs, which is completely over the top.

  346. Brian Berthelson says:

When the original Jurassic Park movie came out, my two younger brothers and I managed to see it about 6-7 times in the theater (we grew up in a small town in northern Montana where the movie theater would get 2 shows a week, about a month to two months after they debuted, so catching a show more than once was almost impossible without multiple trips to different towns). One of these times that we saw the movie was at a family reunion in Oregon. The theater was packed, but nobody was reacting to anything. About half-way through, my brothers and I quickly (and quietly) conspired with each other that when the raptor game through the pipes to attack Ellie from behind, we would all grab our 8-year-old cousin and scream. Well, that made the silent, packed theater jump out of their seats, and the rest is history. A few years ago, when the movie was re-released in 3D and on IMAX – I don’t do 3D because it gives me a headache – I took my son (who learned to run the DVD player at 2 years old so he could watch that movie) and my wife to see it. Sure enough, I jumped at every surprise, even after seeing the movie dozens if not hundreds of times before.

  347. kody moreno says:

To paraphrase Roger Rabbit: Oh Jurassic World! How much do I want to see thee? “Let me count the ways. One one-thousand. Two one-thousand. Three one-thousand. Four one-thousand. Five…?”

I will have to drive down from Blackfoot, Idaho, but by golly gee willikers I will!

  348. Andrew Hoyt says:

I saw the oringial film when I was 9 yrs. old on opening day with my father in Sandy, UT. The experiene literally changed my life. I’d been a dinosaur lover before that time, but that movie solidified my love of dinos and cinema. Now, some 20 yrs later, I’m rasing the next generation of Jurassic fans with my son and daughter. My 7 yr. old son and I already have IMAX 3D tickets booked for the Geneva Megaplex on the 11th, but I’d be tickled to death to win a chance to see the film early.

  349. Robert Orr says:

Jurassic park was one of my favorite shows growing up and I’m incredibly excited to go see this.

  350. Martin Calderwood says:

Since I was 3 I have loved Dinosaurs. Now at 60 I also love Comic Con. To have the chance to combine these two loves with another love, eating, (a habit I got into 3 years before I got into dinosaurs) would be a wonderful opportunity to gain insights in so many ways. Thank you for this opportunity just to even dream about the possibilities.

  353. John Mabey says:

Jurassic Park came out when I was 12 and the trailer alone changed the way I saw movies. However, my mom heard it was too violent and refused to take me.
The first time I finally got to see JP was on VHS. I never got to experience the park on the big screen.
I now have children of my own and have a second chance to make it right.

  354. Megan Hirschi says:

When I was a kid, I had a dream that Jurassic Park Dinosaurs were chasing people through a school. A few weeks later I had to go to my sister’s band concert in Davis High School. Even though I’d never been to the school, it looked familiar. It all came back when my sister’s band began to play the Jurassic Park theme song. It was the same school from my dream. Does this story give reason for me to go see the movie… probably not, but it’s related… Dinosaurs!

  355. Carly M says:

Aside from being a HUGE Jurassic Park fan, and of Chris Pratt.. ;), this will be my first movie I will be able to sit for since my 5th surgery on my leg. It’s been a long 2 years and this would be a perfect gift, beyond words, for my hubs. AND with the Salt Lake Comic Con creators? Come on. Fan-girling so hard right now.. Awesome contest!

I seriously can’t wait to see this movie!! Jurassic world looks amazing!

Once upon a time Chris Pratt was in school little show called Everwood that filmed locally around Utah. I spent several years working with him and watching him grow up. It’s amazing to see the man he’s become. I would love to see him in Jurassic World.

  358. Cruz Andronico Fernandez says:

I just graduated from Full Sail University with a BFA in Creative Writing for Entertainment. I would like to win tickets to see the special screening of Jurassic World because I was at the theater when Jurassic Park came out and I would like to take my daughter. Plus, it would make an awesome graduation present!!! My daughter is 10 years old. We lost her mother almost four years ago. Her mother and I played the Jurassic Park theme song in high school band. I want to take my daughter to the premier so she can hear that amazing John William score and feel the excitement and beauty that her mother and I shared as kids.

  359. Brooke says:

In all honesty, I’m flat broke so the only way I’ll see it is if I win tickets. And I’m a ginormous Jurassic Park fan, I saw the first 3 in the theatre and I would like to see this one in the theatre as well!!

  360. Melissa Arnold says:

When my sister and I had a girls’ night to watch a chick flick, my sister asked me what movie I wanted to watch and I said, ‘Jurassic Park.’ Since then, it’s been an inside joke between the two of us and Jurassic Park had been our go-to chick flick.
Also, Jurassic Park is my favorite movie and I am going to be cosplaying as the genderbent version of my favorite character, Robert Muldoon, at this coming Comic Con!
To be able to go to the advanced screening would be an absolute dream. Thanks for your consideration!

  363. Isaac E. says:

I was born and raised in Jurassic Park. I used to play with the brachiosauruses and the hadrosaurs in the herbivore enclosure and watch with childlike awe through the holes in the fences into the carnivore enclosures. Seeing the new and improved park would be like re-living my childhood and I love to be a part of this amazing experience. Also, Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas-Howard are idols of mine.

  364. Jason Porter says:

My grandpa (Elbert Porter) help build the dinosaurs that are in Vernal Utah. As I grew up I always enjoy dinosaurs. The way my parents got me to eat broccoli as I was child was by telling me that “this is what dinosaurs eat.” My grandparents also gave me cookie shape dinosaurs. It one of my best memories I cherish about my grandparents. I also enjoy watching the Jurassic park trilogy.

  365. Alexsys Campbell says:

i would just really love the opportunity! I love being a volunteer at comic con, and being there with a bunch of people who have the same love of nerdy things and aren’t afraid to show it is amazing! Also, you can trust me – I would make sure there would be NO SPOILERS from my end.

  366. phillp baier says:

So I can show my roommate how awesome and cool the founders of SLCC are and what they have done for all the geeks, nerds, and dorks in It. For allowing everyone’s inner child come out in cosplay as a family and not be.

  367. Cheyenne Porter says:

Because I will officially be a poor college student and don’t have money to go see a movie due to tuition and buying psychology text books.

I don’t know, I would love to see the Dark Lord Voldemort have a dance off with some dinosaurs. But, that is just me.

  369. John says:

Jurassic Park came out when I was 12 and the trailer alone changed the way I saw movies. However, my mom heard it was too violent and refused to take me.

  410. Jodi Jones says:

Hello SLCC!!!!! This would be the PERFECT wedding anniversary gift for my husband!!!! He LOVES Jurassic Park and has been trying to talk me into buying him tickets for the movie. 411. Brant Rhinehart says:

The original Jurassic Park remains one of my favorite movies of all time since I saw it as a little kid during its original theatrical run over 20 years ago and I’m just as excited to see Jurassic World!

  412. Brant Rhinehart says:

The original Jurassic Park has been one of my favorite movies of all time since I first saw it during its original theatrical run over 20 years ago as a kid. The shear joy and wonder of seeing real dinosaurs was and still is amazing. Of all of the fictional stories out there, the idea behind Jurassic Park in bringing dinosaurs back to life is the one I wish would come true. I’m just as excited to see Jurassic World as I was to see Jurassic Park.

  413. Teresa Nosack says:

I would love a chance to go to a screening of this movie! I grew up on Jurassic Park. Jurassic Park is my Star Wars. It’s had a huge impact on my life. Also, I would love to be able to take my sister to go see this as well! Last year, around this time, my sister and I officially became sisters. My parents adopted her into the family. We’re proof that anything is possible. The two of us were both 25 when she was adopted, and I think this would be an awesome way to celebrate our ‘birthday’ this year.

  414. Victor Vroman says:

I should go because it is the day before my birthday and what a wonderful gift this would be. (waving hand using Jedi powers) “You want me to join you for dinner and together we could rule Utah.”

  415. Trisha Clark says:

Clearly everyone would like to win a free movie screening. The original JP was awesome! When my son saw the new JP preview his only comment was ‘Wow! I didn’t know Star-Lord was a Time Lord too!” This movie will be amazing but equally amazing would be dinner with Dan and Bryan! They’ve given Salt Lake the ultimate gift and I love them both for their hard work and generosity! May the force be with them both, always!

  416. Lauren H says:

Me and my BFF LOVE Jurassic Park. We watched for a Halloween Jurassic Marathon. We had such a great day and finishing it off with that marathon was an AWESOME memory!!! It would just be awesome to have another amazing Jurassic memory! 🙂

  417. Erica guerdon says:

I actually have an irrational fear that I’m pretty sure stems from watching the original jurassic park with the surround sound turned up. Every time the T Rex would stomp the whole house shook. I still love the movies though. I still remember the 3rd movie coming out on my 16th birthday, and even as I was waiting in line at the dmv to get my license I was talking endlessly about how excited I was. I can’t wait forJurassic World!

  418. Jacob mote says:

I love all the films and have been to every comicon so far. I would love to see the film. Early and my cousin is a huge fan of the movies!

I think I already did this but I hope I can win this. i remember when Jurassic park first came out. It was an epic experience and I am over joyed to get to see a new Jurassic park with my kids. But winning and seeing the movie before it comes out is perfect then I can make sure it’s okay for my kids. Everyone hold on to your butts. And please because it’s the magic word.

  420. Heather Kuramoto says:

I would love to go. I love Jurassic Park movies. The dinosaur are so awesome

  421. Tim Collins says:

I’m 69 and saw the original Jurassic Park with my wife and daughter when it came out. We would enjoy seeing the new version and comparing the two. The original was great and I’m sure the update is just as great. Hope to be at the opening of the movie and participate in your search.

  422. Tori Bright says:

I should be chosen because I cosplayed as a Jurassic Park ranger at FanX. I love dinosaurs and even made a point to take a dinosaurs class in college!

  423. Kris says:

I am entering on behalf of my husband, Nate. I have had a severe case of strep throat and have been in and out of the hospital for the last week. Nate has taken time off work to drive me to and from the hospital and various doctors. He has taken such amazing care of me. When he’s not driving me around or making me lunch or attending to my needs, he is busy keeping the house clean and playing with our 7 year old son. Nate is my everything. I would love to be able to send him to this to show him how much I appreciate his hard work and what great care he takes of me and our son.

  424. Michael Molleman says:

plain and simple, even though everyone knows whats going to happen in this movie we can’t help but want to see it as it represents the iconic feet of Steven Spielberg’s directing and story telling abilities that capture us time and again with only little changes to a well played story line. and of course I’m a nerd hoping this amazing contest chooses me to win, duh!!!!

  425. Adam says:

My son and I love the original movie and it would be amazing for me and my little buddy to see this together! As a dad I feel that creating special moments like this with my kid are the most important thing and this would be memorable for us.

  426. Stephanie says:

DINOSAURS ON A SPACESHIP! o wait, wrong show. for every Nerd that stalks comic con to be able to experience their obsessions all at once. . . . .being able to awaken the 90’s kid i once was, seeing a new Jurassic movie would be amazing. I mean, dinosaurs, duh AMAZING! And to be able to sit across the guys that make the most wonderful events around, i’ll bring a guest list to nudge. . . . 😉

  427. Sheila Mota says:

Because I have been working very hard to graduate from college while keeping a full time job and my husband and I need a break with some time to watch the next chapter in something we both grew up on!

I loved dinosaurs so much, that I became a geologist, and now teach at the University of Utah. I remember seeing the original Jurassic Park 22 years ago, and I can honestly say it influenced my career choice. I’d love to see the new movie, with my daughter, and introduce her to the series that has meant so much to me.

  429. Brady says:

Love the Jurassic Park, tuesdays are already my movie nights. Fits perfectly with plans i have

  430. Rachel Anne Robertson says:

It would be an awesome opportunity to meet you two and hear about how you brought the comic con experience here to Utah and see this amazing film. When I was around 5 and 6 my brothers and I would have movie nights with just the 3 of us. We always picked Jurassic park, star wars, or Indiana Jones movies so these all have a very special place in my heart. I’m so excited to see the best one and is feel really blessed to go to an early screening. Thanks for all is the awake opportunities you bring to Utah!

  431. Tracy Mangum says:

I saw the first JP movie the summer I graduated high school. My family was on a business trip in the Florida keys and while my dad did work, we saw it in a tiny and rundown theater with awful projection and terrible sound, and it didn’t matter. It was amazing and I can’t wait to see this new chapter.

  432. Ryan says:

As this is a ‘new’ film from those of Spielberg fame, and the first Chris Pratt stars in such a lineup, I need to evaluate how he performs in the role and if he has any chance of attempting to fill Harrison Ford’s shoes in the rumored Indiana Jones film.

  433. Newell Sandoval says:

It would be cool to see Jurasic World. It would be awesome to have dinner with the founders of Comic-Con. Last time I got to shake hands with Dann Farr when they came to Oktoberfest the first year. The opportunity to do so again would be great. So pick me!!!!!!!

  434. Allisha Larsen says:

If I win a ticket I will give it to my daughter for her birthday. She’s a huge fan of Jurassic Park anything. She has been watching all the movies her entire life. And if we win I’m sure that she’ll do her amazing hunting Velociraptor run for Dan and Bryan.

  435. John C says:

I should go as a fan of the franchise, of the original book, and to conquer my fear of clever clever raptors.

  436. Codge Nielsen says:

I’m probably the biggest Michael Crichton fan in all the world, I’ve read all of his books including both Jurassic Park books, and have read a ton about the third manuscript that he had created for his next installments before he died. I’ve been anticipating this movie for soooooo long now, and I can’t wait to get the chance to see it! Plus I’ve never won anything like this before, nor have I ever been invited to a pre-screening. Pick me!

  437. Paul Stinson Jr. says:

I believe I should win because Jurassic park was, still is, my favorite movie since I saw it as a child. I just graduated high school and no one got me anything…so seeing this movie would be an extremely awesome graduation gift! I would also love to take my best friend DHannie; she has done so much for me throughout the years I’ve known her, more than I can ever repay, and she would love to see this movie before her friend, who has tickets to the midnight show and invited DHannie but DHannie works opening night.

  438. Charlotte Capron says:

Jurassic Park was one of my fiance’s favorite movies growing up (and mine). I’ve had to be out of town for work and family stuff a lot recently, and a night out to do something special would mean a lot to the both of us.
We’ve been to three Salt Lake Comic Cons so far and are huge nerds ourselves, so we could provide decent dinner conversation for the founders should we receive the tickets.

  439. Penny Sawyer says:

I’ve loved watching the first 3 over and over again. I love going to the movies with my family and I’d loved to be picked for this to take my daughter for a birthday present because her birthday is the next day. We go to the movies as often as possible now that she’s back home from school. Also because of her I’ve become a huge Comic-Con fan and have loved volunteering for your event.
    Pick me please!!!

  440. Sandra Barton says:

Why should I be allowed to experience the awesome opportunity to see Jurassic World? Few reasons: 1) I had a large bucket of dinosaurs as a kid and I’m a girl. They got more action than my barbies mom kept buying me. 2) Jurassic Park is the first movie I remember seeing in theaters as a kid and I’ve stalked the franchise since! 3) I’ve been told I’m a joy to be around and will make dinner interesting 🙂

  441. Tyler B Morgan says:

I have a friend who is obsessed with dinosaurs and he’s been super exited about Jurassic World ever since the first trailer was released. I know he would be even more exited to be able to screen it early. I myself love to read and study about dinosaurs, but I’m doing this more for my friend and too see his exitement.

  442. Linda Webb says:

Our family loves seeing movies on the day they premier, and we were there for Jurassic Park. My daughter was a very little girl at the time and I was concerned that the film might be too much for her. To my surprise, she loved everything about it! She grew up, graduated from the U and works at the Natural History Museum of Utah so she hangs out with dinosaurs every day! Her birthday is June 9. This would be a great party!

  443. Nicole says:

I’m about to enter the world of being a single mom with a full time job. I would like to do something fun before I have the baby for obvious reasons of having no time to sleep, let alone leave the apartment, until she’s old enough to start school.

  444. Miles Romney says:

I would love to take my sister. We are both huge fans. She deserves a night out.

  445. Amber Samora-Seifert says:

I would love to win this and take my son to it. He has been a fan of Jurassic Park since he was 3 yrs. old. It has never scared him and he loved it when we took him to see it in 3D for the 20yr anniversary. He is so excited for Jurassic World that he won’t quit bugging me to take to him. Plus his 12th birthday is coming up. *wink wink*

  446. Kristina Rudy says:

“Fresh Prince of Bel Air,” “Goosbumps,” and “Jurassic Park” is what every 90’s kid loves and remembers! They aren’t making anymore of the first two, but they’re making more “Jurassic Park” and giving themselves a chance to redeem themselves after the last one. This is one of the most exciting events of the summer! Going to this would be an awesome experience to share with my sister!

  447. Terri F says:

I need something to get me through the wait for Comic Con 2015!!!. Jurassic Park take me away

  448. Kristina Rudy says:

“Fresh Prince of Bel Air,” “Goosbumps,” and “Jurassic Park” are things that every 90’s kid remembers. They aren’t making anymore of the first two, but they’re making another “Jurassic Park,” which is awesome! This would be a great experience to share with my sister before she leaves for a few years, a great way to send her off! Please pick me!!!!!

I am doing a dinosaur themed Jurassic park party for my 2 year old ! I also love dinosaurs, comic con, & dinner!!!!!!

  450. Nathan Chadwick says:

I deserve these tickets because I need to be able, in person, to tell Mr. Farr and Mr. Brandenburg that they HAVE to bring Paul “Pee-wee Herman” Reubens to Comic Con! Actually, I’d just love to rub shoulders with them and have the opportunity how much I appreciate everything they’ve done in bringing a Comic Con to Salt Lake. And dinner and an awesome movie with my wife equals Very Yes!

  451. Hayley Bell says:

I grewup on Jurassic Park having seen the original in theaters. I absolutely loved those movies. They were in major part of me growing up and they were a major part of my husband’s life as well. We would love to go see the show and be able to have dinner with the founders of comic-con since we’ve been every year since it opened! One of the coolest things that Utah has to offer now.

  452. Courtney says:

I think I should win because I’m a “clever girl” haha. Actually, Jurassic Park was the first “adult” book that I ever read and inspired a love for books that still grows today!

  453. Donna S. says:

I was working at a movie theater when the first Jurassic Park was released. I was leaving the employee test screening and was so pumped up from adrenaline that when I opened the exit door, I hesitated to see if I could make it to my car before I was attacked. Then I was like…”wait, that was a fictional movie!” So…I think I should get to see Jurassic World before others so I don’t embarrass myself when my mind makes it more real for a few minutes. Like “The Neverending Story,” I get sucked into books and movies like I’m actually there.

  454. Cassi Mounteer says:

I think I should win because Jurassic Park was the first movie I ever saw in theater! I was 5 years old and to this day it is my all time favorite movie. Plus my husband and I LOVE SLC ComicCon!!! So it’s a WIN/WIN!!!

  455. Brad Hinds says:

Jurassic Park was one of the first movies I remember seeing on the big screen. The visual effects at the time were nothing short of miraculous for a child of my age. We all spend a great deal of time as adults looking back on our younger years trying to bring a piece of those years back, for me all I have to do is put Jurassic Park in the DVD Player, and I am immediately thrown back to that movie theater with a bucket of popcorn. To get a chance to see his new link to my childhood on the big screen again would be nothing short of fantastic.

  456. Carrie Adam says:

My husband is an amazing father and husband and I would love to take him for fathers day. He really deserves it.

    Thank you

  457. Kevin Weber says:

  461. Crystal Yamasaki says:

He’s a good boy and I know that if he got a special opportunity to see it before anyone else, it would make his year.

  467. Dani says:

You want your special event to be complete don’t you?
    Boom…Boom…Boom. Rawr!!!
Dani-o-saurus; a beautiful but deadly addition to Jurrasic Park.

I used to pretend I was a different dinosaur everyday when I was a child. When Jurassic Park came out it changed my life.

  471. David Hill says:

Pick me! Pick me please! I would love you forever and always geek out at comic con stuff if you could get me and my wife into this movie!

  472. Jasmine Haywood says:

I remember watching the first Jurassic Park movie when I was young and the sense of wonder and excitement I felt that anything was possible. I watched all three movies multiple times and being fascinated at the realistic world they created in which dinosaurs roamed and hunted alongside human beings. I would love to see Jurassic World and see how they created a modern world that could create living, breathing dinosaurs. My friend that I would take along with me both met in a dinosaur class called World of Dinosaurs taught by Mark Loewenn at the U of U. It would be a special treat if we could go see this movie together and apply our knowledge to the film. Please select me for the free tickets! 🙂 Thank you for your consideration!!! <3

  473. Delina Garguilo says:

My Parents took me to see the original Jurassic Park in Theaters and I plan to see this in theaters as well! It’s a running theme; every Jurassic movie they’ve come out with, I’ve seen in theaters because it’s just a bit more epic on the big screen!

  474. Tracy Davis says:

I would love to take my grandson to this. His first initial is T, and his middle name is Rex, so we call him T-Rex. I would love to introduce the next generation in my family to this awesome franchise.

  475. Lars Petersen says:

Not only am I a huge fan of the franchise (I started an insect in amber collection after reading the novel), but I think that this movie may be of immense importance. I study geology and see this movie as a parable for a renewed interest in geology via paleontology; a revitalization of both franchise and science. The movie will spark paleontological discussion as to its accuracy, and I want to be part of that conversation. Plus: “It’s the culmination of Jurassic Park.” I will never forget Muldoon’s epic “Clever girl,” so please be a clever moderator and fulfill a childhood fascination.

  476. Jim Lehane says:

I am a paleontologist, partially due to the original Jurassic Park and I am hoping they bring back the magic which the first movie was able to inspire. I am cautiously optimistic about this one and greatly look forward to seeing it.

My new husband LOVES Jurassic Park and would be so excited to see an early showing. We’ve been married since February and we first met at Comic Con in September; we went to the Sci-Fi Speed Dating activity. We are going to Comic Con this year for sure!

  478. Erik says:

I would like to win and be given the chance to sit down and get to know the founders of SLCC a little bit more all while enjoying a continuation of a movie that I enjoyed so much as a kid.

  479. Lisa Williams says:

I’d love to win tickets to Jurassic park because I really love watching the movies, I’d sit with my kids , which are very grown up now, and it would scare the living crap out of them. They would talk to me like I grew up in that era, it really cracked me up. Please consider me It would be great to take one of my kids or my 5 year old grandson. Thank you.

  480. Paul Stinson Jr. says:

I think I should win because since I was a child I’ve loved the Jurassic Park movies and the first movie is still my favorite movie! I just graduated high school and NO ONE got me anything… so this would be a nice gift! I would take my friend DHannie with me because she has done so much for me and I’ll never be able to repay her. DHannie isn’t going to be able to make it to the midnight showing because she works and we really want to see it before any of our friends; none of my friends invited me, they all invited DHannie though.

I should win this so that I can bring my sister, who freaking loves Jurrasic Park! She would be ridiculously excited! Ever since the movie came out, she has been a huge fan. We went to Universal Studios a while back and we had to play some “tug of war” between me wanting to be in the Harry Potter section and her in the Jurassic Park section. LOL. If she gets to go to this, she would geek out so hard and love every second of the experience.

  484. George Hagen says:

    My reason?
So I can give both Bryan and Dan an awkward hug.
    “Mmmmm” included!

22 years ago, I saw Jurassic Park with my mother, on my birthday. This year, I want to take my daughter and share the same experience, again, on my birthday. We both have a deep passion for dinosaurs, and we rarely get the opportunity to go to movies, let alone one we are both dying to see! (Not to mention, she wants to be a paleontologist when she grows up! )

  492. Tammy Merryweather says:

June 9th is my birthday. I’m turning 45. At my age, birthdays aren’t such a big deal anymore and I miss that because I love to party. If I win, I will use the second ticket as leverage to see which one of my kids loves me the most.

  493. Tyler Pulsipher says:

i should get the tickets because I can’t wait to see Star Lord Emmett train velociraptors.

  494. Michael Pulsipher says:

If I win the tickets, I would be able to state definitively, “Everything is awesome, clever girls!”

  495. Anonymous says:

It would be a fun adventure for me to take my mother on, we would both be very excited!

  496. Nina Laitinen says:
