Fox TV is Considering Reboot for The X-Files & Prison Break!

Fox TV is returning to their roots! At the Television Critics Association meeting today, Fox TV Group Chairman Gary Newman announced plans to revive The X-Files, which ran from 1993 to 2002. “We’ve had some conversations on X-Files and we’re hopeful that we’ll bring that back,” said Newman. Fox Television Group chairmen and CEO Dana Walden said currently there is a “timing issue,” but they have reached out to series creator Chris Carter and stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny. A revisit of the smash-hit Fox drama Prison Break was also mentioned.
