Yes. We are anticipating selling out before the event.
You can buy them at the door, but most likely tickets will sell out. If by some chance they do not sell out you would not get the pre-order discounts, or incentives, and the line to buy tickets at the show will be much longer than the line to pick up tickets bought in advance.
Tickets are always on sale throughout the show unless we sell out!
No tickets are actually mailed to you. You should have gotten a PDF file e-mailed to you. Click on the link that says "Download PDF Ticket", print the ticket out, bring it with you to the show along with your ID, and they’ll take care of everything there!
Don’t worry, everything is fine! Just bring your ID along with the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and everything will be taken care of at the box office!

Yes you can! Your admission is good for the whole day, or the whole weekend (depending on what kind of ticket you bought). Keep in mind though that if the show is full, the Fire Marshall sometimes institutes a "one in one out" policy. So until some people leave the con, no new people will be allowed in. The way to beat that is with a VIP Ticket! VIP ticket holders don't have to wait in that line.
If you need help printing your tickets we recommend you ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader which you can download for free on the internet. Without Adobe Reader your computer won't be able to read PDF files. Your tickets are PDF files and need Adobe in order to open.
Most likely, what you're seeing is a pending only charge that will drop on its own in 2-3 business days. If you received an error message while attempting your purchase and had to re-submit your information your bank or card issuer might have temporarily pulled those funds which we cannot accept due to the error that occurred. Typically, these charges will drop in 2-3 business days but please contact your card issuer to find out when they can release the hold on those pending only charges.
Each adult ticket purchased entitles you to two (2) free children’s admittance for children 10 and under. The children that get in free with adult tickets or VIP tickets are able to go where the parents go and get in early with them. They do not get a SWAG bag or any of the spiffs.

Otherwise, all and any prizes (unclaimed vouchers, gift certificates, or tickets) can be claimed at the “Fulfillment Center” in the “Registration” area of the Salt Palace on the first floor in the main lobby. We will have record of your name and prize that you will be needing to collect.
Yes!!! You absolutely can and in fact, we encourage that! When you win a pass, it will be emailed to you. You will need to follow the steps to redeem it and you can enter the name of the person you want to gift it to before printing it out. Bring the printed pass to con and viola, this is your ticket to enter.
Yes! This will just need to be done at Registration the Salt Palace before you enter. Take yourself, your lucky friend and your passes to the Registration booth, show both passes and your ID and they will issue your friend a wristband.
Registration is where you can swap out the electronic voucher you received by email for the wristband that you will be wearing all weekend, a goodie bag and a program. You need to bring with you your voucher # and ID.

One person can pick up the wristbands for everyone as long as that person has the voucher confirmation #’s/tickets
This is referring to the fact that when you register, you get a wristband. With a 3 day pass, you will need to wear the same wristband all 3 days. You are welcome to gift a duplicate 3 day pass to your friend, but not to 3 friends who each want to come 3 different days
No. You will need to register in person as that i how you receive your wristbands and info packet
No! It is highly recommended, but not required. This is a convenience for people who want to avoid waiting in lines on the day of. You can register in person when you come to the show.
Please make sure that the email address you typed in is spelled correctly. If you are having problems with anything though, you can always come to the Salt Palace during Pre-Registration or Registration and get it resolved there!
Salt Lake Comic Con has a wonderful opportunity to bring in special guests. Some of the Meet and Greets for special guests will need to be purchased separately from the admission ticket. Prices will be posted soon.
We leave this entirely up to the guests. Most comic book creators and authors do not charge for autographs, though some do ask for donations to various charities. Most, if not all, of our voice actors and Film and TV actors have a fee for purchasing autographs or will sell you a photograph, book or other item and then autograph that item for no additional charge. Prices are generally clearly posted at the guests table, but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Most prices range in between $25-$75 for an autograph. Unless otherwise stated, you will purchase an autograph opportunity at the convention.
We leave this up to the guest. For most comic book creators and book authors, they typically allow fans to take photos with them at their booths. It is polite and respectful to ask prior to taking a photo.

All guests listed have committed to attend the show. As is standard practice at Comic Cons, they have the right to cancel if there are circumstances that require it. If any guest cancel, we will do our best to replace them with a similar and comparable replacement.

Generally, most celebrities ask that no candid photos be taken without their permission. However, there will be assigned areas in which photos can be taken with your favorite heroic icon!
