Ticketing FAQ:

What’s the deal with the new ticketing system and price changes?
Salt Lake Comic Con 2014 tickets have been temporarily discounted to reward early buyers. This sale will be ending as we approach the convention and the prices will change to their total retail value. The retail value for a Mulitpass is $60, the Gold Pass $85 and the VIP Pass $250. We anticipate that VIP Passes will sell out very quickly. The discounted prices are a great deal so buy soon if you want to take advantage of these discounted prices.

I bought a Multipass prior to the current ticketing system for $60 but Multipasses only cost $30 now. What gives?
If you bought your 2014 Salt Lake Comic Con Multipasses prior to the current GrowTix ticketing system (implemented on May 13, 2014) and it was delivered via the MediaOne ticketing system, your Multipass will be automatically upgraded to a Gold Pass. We will email you a new Multipass Voucher through the GrowTix system in the next couple of weeks. This new voucher will be a Gold pass.

I won/bought Multipass tickets and I want to upgrade to a Gold Pass or VIP. How do I do this?
Ticket upgrades are now available! To upgrade your passes:

  4. Select the pass you would like to upgrade to.
  5. Pay the difference between the pass you already have and the current price of the pass you want.

**You will need to reprint your voucher**

Are there a limited number of tickets?

Yes! VIP tickets for Salt Lake Comic Con 2014 will comprise less than 5% of the total and regular passes may sell out as we get closer to the event.

I see that you’re selling discounted tickets for students! How do I get one of those?
When you go to purchase tickets you should see an option that says (Child 11-16, Student). This is the option that you will choose (there is no student option for VIP Passes). You will need to present your valid student I.D. card in order to enter the convention or pay the difference.

Can I buy a Gold Pass or VIP Pass for just one day?
No. The Gold Pass and VIP Pass are for all 3 days of the event only.

Can I share my Multipass / Gold Pass / VIP Pass with my friend/family?
No. A Mutlipasses, Gold Passes, and VIP Passes can only be used by one person as it is a wristband and has to be worn all 3 days.
